I grew up in a home shaped by teachers—my parents—who taught me curiosity, discipline, and the joy of learning. That foundation led me to management school, where my professor, RK (now CEO of CommLab India), deeply influenced me and sparked the courage to dream bigger—and eventually build something meaningful together.As a first‑generation entrepreneur, I co‑founded CommLab India in Today, we are a pioneer in end‑to‑end Rapid eLearning solutions, serving 100+ global customers across the training and development landscape.As COO, I focus on building strong leaders who focus on their people, nurturing a culture of learning, and driving execution. I spend most of my time where it matters most: with our customers and our people.My leadership philosophy is simple: Take Massive Action.At my core, I’m still a teacher and a lifelong learner. I learn by modeling great leaders, actively upgrading my skills, and reading 50+ books every year, mostly through audiobooks.
