I maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers regularly, handle telephonic screenings, and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates throughout the selection process. Additionally, I work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates.
