Responsible for defining the quantities of products produced in line with Kerry inventory policy. • Managing available capacity in line with forecasted demand. Capturing and accurately maintaining order information using SAP from order to invoicing.• Actively contributing to daily cross-functional activities as a member of the Operational Lead Time (OLT) team, driving efficiency and issue resolution.• Collaborating with Demand Planning, Sales and Customer Care to coordinate range changes, NPD launches and product delists.• liaising on a daily basis with the operations, warehousing, and quality teams, working towards the common goal of satisfying our customers’ needs as part of the supply chain management • Stock management, safety stock set up and ensuring lean working capital at all times. • Reporting various weekly departmental KPI’s, to include OTIF, inventory and stock at risk• Supporting regional and global commercial teams on seasonal product planning and supply chain analysis to ensure alignment with business objectives.
