I joined Insider One when SMS and WhatsApp channels were in their earliest stages — rough around the edges, far from what they needed to be. As the first designer dedicated to these products, I helped take them from near zero — shaping not just the interfaces, but the product decisions, the user flows, and the experience logic from the ground up. Working as the only designer in a scrum team, I had a real seat at the table — what we built, how it worked, and why.Today, Insider One is the #1 leader on G2 in both WhatsApp Marketing and SMS Marketing, with a perfect 100/100 user satisfaction score.
