I’m a yoga instructor, wellness entrepreneur, and educator passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies through movement, breath, and intentional self-care.After years working in healthcare leadership, I transitioned toward a more holistic approach to well-being, founding Maiden Seed, a natural body care brand focused on plant-based ingredients and body rituals that support everyday wellness.Today my work centers around teaching yoga, particularly prenatal and women’s wellness practices. My classes focus on building sustainable strength, nervous system regulation, and mindful movement that students can carry into their daily lives.Travel has also played an important role in shaping my approach to wellness. Experiencing different cultures and traditions has deepened my understanding of how movement, breath, food, nature, and community all support well-being. I bring those perspectives into my teaching, encouraging students to slow down, stay curious, and care for their bodies in ways that feel sustainable and grounded.I also spent nearly a decade designing and leading a homeschool program for my two daughters, which deepened my love for education, curiosity-driven learning, and experiential growth.My goal as a teacher is simple: create a welcoming space where people feel stronger, more grounded, and more connected to themselves.
