As a Project Manager, I manage a portfolio of retail delivery projects from concept design to detail design and fit-out. I provide approval & assurance on compliance. I lead and influence business partners, project teams and or frame work contractors to ensure an integrated, sustainable and effective solution is delivered that meets the requirements defined within the brief and benefits section in the business case. I’ve established strong working relationship with key stakeholders to ensure all requirements are captured and approvals are in place to meet schedule dates, as well as understanding regulatory requirements.I ensure planning and management of the project is outlined with clear goals, roles and deliverables are well defined to ensure delivery goals and value of the expenditure. Most importantly ensuring the safety of everyone involved or touched by the fit-out projects. I also Ensure the integration of design, development, construction delivery, commissioning and process requirements is achieved using the domain experts within the team.
