I’m responsible for managing client’s intellectual property portfolios, handling litigation processes related to intellectual property law (Trademark – Patent – Design – Utility Model), preparing C&D letters and contracts, mediation, invalidity and infringement actions, domain name disputes, administrative cancellation proceedings, trademark application and opposition processes before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office (TPTO) in cooperation with Marpataş Patent Office. In addition, I have been involved in commercial law, criminal law (including investigation and prosecution processes), and enforcement law proceedings, providing legal consultancy in these areas under the supervision of the law firm.
