As part of the Environmental Impact team, I drive the company’s environmental and climate strategy across the global supply chain. I lead the update and implementation of our Climate Transition Plan for Scope 3.1 — the roadmap toward our 2030 climate target — and oversee initiatives on energy efficiency, renewable energy adoption, and supplier capacity building. I manage internal data projects to strengthen the foundation for CSRD-aligned reporting, design internal and external communication strategies for stakeholder engagement, and coordinate with industry partners such as Cascale and aii to advance our collective climate and environmental goals.

I probably would’ve ended up in environmental sustainability no matter which path I took. Material development was my first love in the fashion industry, but discovering my passion for sustainability has been a literal life-changer. With a background in textile engineering and textile chemistry, I bring a science-informed, system-focused mindset to every challenge — whether I’m optimizing data tools, rolling out certification strategies, or decoding Scope 3.1 emissions.I’m currently working on climate strategy and environmental impact within the HUGO BOSS supply chain, having spent over a decade working across fashion supply chains — from product development and material sourcing to sustainability data, standards, and certifications. What drives me is making sustainability practical: turning complex frameworks into clear systems that help people, companies, and the planet thrive.
