My journey into architecture and leadership started with a spark - literally. In college, I was fascinated by robotics and programming, and my team went on to win a national-level Robowars competition at IIT Mumbai. That experience taught me resilience, strategy, and the value of building systems that withstand real-world challenges.That same mindset has shaped my career. From early chatbot development to large-scale conversational AI, I’ve worked on IVR systems, cloud-native architectures, and AI-powered automation. At The Home Depot Canada, I led the development of a conversational IVR that handled over a million calls per month. Today, as a Conversational AI Architect at Quantiphi, I lead global team in Dialogflow CX and Google Cloud, driving scalable, AI-powered customer experiences.Beyond technology, my focus is on leadership: mentoring reportees, conducting performance reviews, authorizing releases, and guiding knowledge-sharing initiatives like playbooks, fallback generators, and various upgrades. I also collaborate closely with client executives and consultants, aligning delivery with business priorities and supporting integrations that shape enterprise customer journeys.Certified as a PMP, GCP Professional Cloud Architect, and TOGAF Practitioner, I bring both technical depth and managerial experience.
