My brain speaks in debits and credits, but my heart is wired for building systems that make things run smoother.I’ve always believed numbers are just the symptoms. The real story lives in the processes, the people, and the decisions that created them. That curiosity has pulled me out of the spreadsheet and into conversations with engineers, operators, and founders, asking: “Why do we do it this way? How can we make it better?”Over the last decade, I’ve been the person dropped into ambiguous situations without a playbook. Instead of freezing up, I’ve learned to map the chaos, connect the dots, and design processes that bring clarity. Sometimes that means reworking how revenue flows end to end. Other times, it’s untangling bottlenecks so teams stop tripping over each other.I’m not the type of finance leader who hides behind the close calendar. I’d rather be in the trenches, bridging finance and operations, solving problems with the people closest to them. If something’s broken, I’ll dig in. Not just to fix it, but to design a system that keeps it from breaking again.At the end of the day, I want to be known as the guy who builds financial operations that don’t just make the books tie, but make the business stronger. And if we can talk about it over a good cup of coffee, even better.
