Our focus is to service the Skilled Nursing facilities, Rehabilitation Centers, and Assisted Living facilities in the following areas: Dallas, Dallas-Metro area, Fort Worth, Arlington metro area, Waco, Texas, Austin, Round Rock, the Austin-metro area, and the Dallas-Fort Worth-Arlington metro area. We provide laboratory and radiology services to the Assisted Living communities, Mobile primary care doctors, home health & hospice entities, Long-term care and Skilled Nursing homes.
