Providing English language services to English Learners (EL’s) by simplifying tasks that have not been modified for ELs, maintain records, prepare requisitions, ensure students are following teachers expectations, provide academic and instructional support as needed by the bilingual and/or regular education teachers. • Providing push-in an pull-out services for middle and high school students, which consist in preparing necessary materials for subject areas they find difficulty in understanding. • Translate tasks to students with similar L1’s, in addition to interpreting for non English speaking parents whenever issues need to be addressed about their children. • Keeping track of students\' progress by assessing their capability in achieving goals and objectives, transcribe their responses for those who have an intervention plan set up with an ESL teacher. • Closely monitoring EL\'s behavior and communicating with content area teachers about the progress of students\' work and discussing areas of modification in the content. •Performing consecutive interpretation services in Spanish and Arabic during district conferences, events, meetings…etc.
