With 6 years of experience at Mercedes-AMG, I’ve managed complex technical projects that brought together engineers, suppliers, and global teams to deliver flagship vehicles such as the EQS, EQE, GT, CLA, and SL. My work required not only deep technical understanding but also project ownership, supplier coordination, and clear communication across functions and cultures. Beyond engineering, I strengthen my leadership and communication skills by co-founding and organizing Women in Business events in Stuttgart, volunteering in international communities using my knowledge as a certified coach. These experiences have sharpened my ability to inspire, connect people, and create impact beyond technical boundaries.
