As a team lead at CRISP, I am at the forefront of handling and processing large volumes of data, utilizing Azure Data Lake to ingest it into Azure Delta lakes. Leading a team of talented data engineers, I guide and collaborate with them to design and implement ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory, ensuring seamless execution through triggers.In my role, I actively leverage the power of the Databricks platform, employing Python, SQL, and PySpark to generate comprehensive reports that provide valuable insights to stakeholders. Utilizing SQL expertise, I enable advanced data manipulations and optimizations, enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of our analysis.As a team, we have streamlined the report generation process by automating it using Azure Data Factory. By scheduling reports based on defined frequencies, we ensure that stakeholders have up-to-date information at their fingertips, enabling informed decision-making and driving business success.In addition to leading the team, I also mentor and empower my fellow data engineers, fostering a collaborative environment and nurturing their professional growth.
