About Ayanna Hines
A social sector leader dedicated to people and community-centered development for optimal well-being. It is my profession. Rooted in the social drivers of health (SDOH) and health related social needs (HRSN), my professional journey represents a tapestry of the social sector: affordable housing, criminal justice, economic development, education, faith-based, homelessness, sports as well as workforce and youth development. It is my heart’s work. My experience and exposure enable me to work from a wide lens offering a diversified skill set, intellectual dexterity, emotional intelligence, cultural competence and a love for people. I have a solutions-oriented leadership style led by listening, sustained with analytical skills, guided by a strong ethical compass, enhanced by compassion and empathy, grown in failure, driven by learning and proven with results. It is what I offer. I have an affinity for leaders who, and/or organizations that, influence through leaderful practices, respecting that power is held by people and communities through their own agency.
