As Executive Director and Co-Founder of Diplomatic Perspective, I lead the organization’s strategic vision, operations, and growth strategy to bridge the gap between education, workforce readiness, and global leadership. I oversee all aspects of the organization—from program development and multi-stakeholder partnerships to team management, fundraising, and impact measurement.Under my leadership, DP has launched internationally recognized programs that prepare youth for global careers by equipping them with the transferable skills needed across sectors—diplomacy, technology, international relations, public policy, and business. I’ve built and scaled public-private partnerships with leading institutions including United Airlines, PEPCO, DC Public Schools, and international nonprofits, driving forward our mission with measurable outcomes.Key achievements:Designed and scaled the Diplomatic Leaders Development Program (DLDP), integrating government-aligned frameworks to prepare students for future-ready careers.Led strategic planning, budgeting, and organizational restructuring to position DP for expansion and long-term sustainability.Raised and managed funding through corporate sponsorships, individual donors, and foundation support.Mobilized and managed a high-performing team of staff, board members, and volunteers across multiple initiatives.Built cross-sector collaborations across tech, education, government, and nonprofit landscapes to amplify mission impact.This role demonstrates my ability to lead in complex, high-growth environments; execute strategy across diverse teams; and build systems, partnerships, and programs that scale.
