My name is Ayanna Miller and I lead the best Electrophysiology (EP) Team in New York City. It’s true that people leave bad bosses. But I also know that people gravitate toward leaders who challenge them to grow, leaders who celebrate team wins, and leaders who foster an inclusive work culture. This is who I am as a leader: I believe that success is earned by the small things you do every day. I believe that every challenge can become an opportunity.
