About Ayan Das
Ayan is currently working in Tata Consultancy Services as Industry Advisor and Solution Architect for Information Services, Education & Publishing, Advertising and Measurement Industry. In his previous role, he was part of the Industry Partner team of Enterprise Solutions, focussing on CMI and Hi-Tech industries.Ayan completed his PGDM at IMT Ghaziabad majoring in Sales, Marketing and Business Development. His core areas of interest include Sales Management, Market Research, Consumer Behaviour, Brand Management, Advertising, Digital Marketing and Marketing Strategies.He did his Summer Internship in Sales & Marketing from Emami Agrotech Limited. His responsibility was to develop and execute a Micro Marketing Plan to increase Market Share of Emami HnT KGMO in Rural and Non-Urban Metro areas of West Bengal. He completed the Pilot phase of the project and Bottle Sales in that area increased by 14 Times after implementation of the scheme.Ayan has previous work experience in Oracle Applications domain having worked with multiple clients at Tata Consultancy Services. His responsibilities included business analysis for implementation, enhancement and support in Oracle Modules including Purchasing, Account Payables and Custom Module – Subcontractor Management. He developed Oracle Interfaces, Forms & Reports as a part of multiple development, enhancement and support teams.At IMT Ghaziabad, he was a core member of Club MADF – the Official Social Club. At MADF, his responsibilities included Social Media & Marketing, Public Relations and Event Organization.Ayan has been pursuing mountaineering for 18+ years now. He is the Founder Member and Ex-President of Xtreme Xplorers, a Mountaineering Club based in West Bengal. He has successfully completed many difficult treks including Goecha La, Kedartal, Annapurna Base Camp & many more. He has been an integral part of many expeditions including Mt. Shitidhar, Mt. Ladakhi & he successfully summited Mt. Rudragaira in 2011.He also has keen interest in Photography and Filmmaking.
