I am an MBA (Public Systems) candidate specializing in Transportation & Logistics Management at the University of Calcutta (IISWBM), scheduled to begin in July 2026. I aim to build strong expertise in supply chain operations, logistics systems, and process optimization.I recently joined GrayQuest as an Operations Intern, where I handle end-to-end customer loan documentation and verification along with backend customer query management. My role requires accuracy, compliance-focused documentation, and timely coordination to ensure smooth operational processing. Working in a structured fintech environment has strengthened my attention to detail, workflow discipline, and execution efficiency.Previously, I worked as an Administrative Assistant at SI Classes, managing academic records for 100+ students, preparing Excel-based performance reports, and coordinating with faculty and leadership. This experience built my ability to manage data, streamline processes, and maintain operational consistency under deadlines.During my HR internship at Uzi World Digital, I supported recruitment coordination, created job descriptions, sourced candidates, and assisted with onboarding processes. This exposure enhanced my understanding of reporting systems, structured documentation, and cross-functional coordination.Through my MBA specialization, I am preparing to transition into Management Trainee, Executive Trainee, and Logistics/Supply Chain roles.
