For conferences & executive forums: I bring 20+ years of global talent leadership to the stage, speaking about AI for career development, self-leadership, and other topics. I do this via actionable insight and human-centered storytelling. TALENT STRATEGY & EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP As an experienced Global Talent Acquisition Executive and Certified Coach, I’ve built and led transformational strategies at some of the world’s largest Fortune 100 companies, including Bank of America, Pfizer, and Cigna. At Vanguard, I founded the Emerging Talent & Diversity Recruiting Strategy organization, initiating the firms HBCU strategy, securing a multimillion-dollar budget, leading a 20+ person team, and brokering major partnerships (including AfroTech and ALPFA) that drove historic hiring outcomes and reshaped how leaders approached inclusive hiring. I’m recognized for cultivating buy-in, fostering collaboration, and developing authentic, sustainable solutions that advance diversity and workplace justice. COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT As a proud daughter of the African diaspora and INROADS alumna, my commitment extends beyond corporations into communities.
