About Ayan Banerjee
An innovator and experienced Cloud and DevOps engineer, practising in the IT industry for around 5 years. I believe that automation is solving a problem once and then putting the solution on autopilot and I am too lazy to do a manual task for the second time, so why not automate! I get intrigued by solving problems. In my volunteer work, I provide my leadership skill set to achieve strategies, build a coalition to support business growth and implement and manage change to drive organizational performance. Strong skills in developing IT strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans add a feather to my cap. I also believe that Communication skills (I prefer to call them life skills) are as important as technical skills and hence the focus should be channelled on both because these skills are not just a “hygiene factor” but a massive contributor.I would confidently call myself a passionate learner who likes challenges and stretching my limits.
