Implemented a feature that encourages customers to order more by providing similar offers (~27% increase in orders from customers)- Implemented a scrum approach, which reduced chaos in tasks and increased the team\'s understanding of what we do, why and how we do it- Introduced a culture of recording IT team decisions in ADR (architectural decision records), which facilitated discussion and understanding of existing problems. As a result, decision making and start of implementation became faster- Integration with support system: support tickets synchronisation between support system and our product. Also I changed the way how we send emails to customers so all E-mail communication with customer is available in the support system. As a result, our managers see most customer information and messages in one place, which has reduced the time it takes to find information and respond to a customer- Implementation of multi-currency in our main project. Which allows us to extend the product to many countries- Reducing technical debt: It\'s hard to give precise estimates of how my work has impacted the project and the IT team. But the most important changes I made are as follows: 1. Implemented feature flags - made it possible to run any feature in production for a specific client or a group of them 2. Improved code test coverage in business-critical processes, making it easier and safer to make changes to existing business logic 3. Wrote some rules for code linter, which allowed the IT team to focus on more important things during PR reviews
