I am the General Manager of Technical Community and Expert Labs at IBM. I lead a broad portfolio focused on delivering technical excellence across the customer lifecycle. My responsibilities span the IBM Technology Technical Community, Client Engineering, and Ecosystem Engineering, and seller and partner enablement. I also oversee post-sales functions—including Customer Success Managers, Expert Labs / Professional Services, and Deployment—ensuring our clients achieve lasting value from IBM technology.My mission is to create best-in-class, experiential moments for clients at every stage of their journey—from first interaction to successful deployment and ongoing adoption, fostering deep collaboration and teaming across technical and delivery roles.Throughout my career, I have created and led high-performing teams focused on complex software solutions to some of the world’s most well-known brands in more then 100 countries. Prior to IBM, I led go-to-market teams through transformation and hyper growth at Oracle, Datastax (the open source provider of Apache Cassandra), AtScale and other enterprise software companies. Earlier in my career, I was part of a small group of pioneers in value selling advanced analytics software for several start-ups in price optimization and advanced analytics.
