I am a passionate Business Lecturer and Module Leader with experience in Higher Education, dedicated to creating engaging and inclusive learning environments that empower students to succeed. I enjoy bringing business theory into practice, helping students develop the critical thinking and practical skills they need to thrive in their academic and professional journeys.With over 10 years of professional experience in Human Resources and business administration, I bring real-world insights into the classroom. My teaching focuses on encouraging active participation, fostering curiosity, and supporting students in connecting theoretical knowledge with practical business challenges.I hold an MSc in International Business (Human Resources Management) from Ulster University, graduating with distinction, and I am currently completing a PGCert in Higher Education. I am committed to continuously developing my academic practice and enhancing the student learning experience through innovative and engaging teaching methods.My experience spans teaching and leading modules in Strategic HRM, Organisational Strategy, International Business, and Business Environment, as well as supervising undergraduate dissertations.
