About Ayah Aljandali
I am a civil engineer and project scheduler with four years of experience in planning and scheduling construction projects. I am currently working at VCC Construction, where I develop and maintain accurate project schedules for large-scale projects, such as educational facilities, commercial and residential buildings. I use scheduling software, such as Primavera P6 and MS Project, to create and update schedules, track progress, and identify risks and issues. I also communicate and coordinate with project stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and contractors, to ensure on-time delivery within budget.I am pursuing a Master\'s degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Qatar University, which is enhancing my knowledge and skills in managing complex projects and teams. I have a deep understanding of construction methodologies and the critical path method (CPM), which allows me to optimize the project schedule and resources. I hold a Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering and I am working on my PMP certification. I am motivated by challenging and rewarding projects that require analytical and problem-solving skills.
