About Aya Nadalin
Hi there! I am a Rice University graduate working in tax at the public accounting firm Weaver, where I specialize in Private Client Services. I currently work with both individual and commercial returns as a tax preparer, ensuring compliance with federal and state guidelines through my attention to detail. During my previous internship at Eventellect LLC, I analyzed pricing and inventory trends for English Premier League football using R programming language and Microsoft Excel. The previous summer, I utilized SQL and Microsoft Power BI to create dashboards measuring several KPIs, including gross revenue, total sales, and cost for both the NBA and the WNBA New York Liberty. Outside of academics, I am a competitive hunter/jumper equestrian who enjoys showing and training my horse. I am also a Rice Outdoor Program and Education leader, planning, coordinating, and leading their backpacking, rock climbing, camping, hiking, and kayaking excursions.
