The world of work is undergoing profound transformation, accelerated by disruptive forces like generative AI, evolving worker expectations, and the shifting nature of skills. In this dynamic environment, thriving organizations must be future-focused, strategically adaptable, and anchored in human potential.I help clients navigate this complexity by uncovering the capabilities they need most, understanding where critical skills are at risk, and charting clear, actionable paths to build resilient, high-performing workforces. My work spans the workforce strategy and development landscape: strategic workforce planning, future skills analytics, GenAI impact assessment, learning strategy and experience design, leadership development, and performance and wellbeing.My experience helping organizations assess the implications of GenAI disruption on their people and workforces has deepened my belief that human skills - like adaptability, critical thinking, and leadership - are more vital than ever. That\'s also why I’m pursuing certification in coaching, to help individuals and teams grow, unlock their potential, and lead with clarity and confidence through change.What sets me apart is my multidisciplinary path, from high-performance tennis to workforce strategy consulting.
