I am a proven business leader with very vast International experience in Consumer, Technology and Digital Advertising business. I have developed and executed international business expansion plans, built, fixed and managed large organizations, crafted partnerships and was responsible for full P & Ls across Asia, Americas, Western, Central and Eastern Europe and Middle East and Africa geographies.I am also passionate about teams and talent development, about diversity and inclusion, where all voices are heard, and everyone contributes to their full potential. A firm believer in growing as integral human beings that express ourselves in everything we do.Now, for the first time ever, I am taking a gap year for personal enrichment, active leisure and continue learning. Spending time and energy in multiple personal projects that will take at least 1 year and are long time wishes of mine.

   Sabbatical Break

   After a long and very fulfilling career at a fantastic Company, I am very excited for facing a new life experience. I enjoyed and appreciated all I did for so many years. I developed deep knowledge of Corporate IT, Consumer and Digital Advertising businesses. Had 15 different jobs, lived in 5 different locations, worked directly with people and companies in over 50 countries and cultures, in all continents. And gave my family incredible forming experiences in the process. Every step of this journey has taught me something about myself and the world and I will always cherish each one deeply, with gratitude and pride for the accomplishments.Now, I am taking for the first time a gap year. And dedicating it to personal enrichment, continuous learning and active leisure.I am investing time and energy in my old dream of writing and developing the skills for that. For me it is a true self-discovery journey. I am also resuming some time-consuming hobbies, spending quality time in a few family projects, and acquiring knowledge for future endeavors. Last, but not least, using the long sabbatical experience to cleanse my mind from any accumulated stress and to be more disciplined in my physical exercising.I plan to spend at least a year on these experiences, some might lead to new paths for me.
