Former Minister of Commerce & Industry of Liberia and WTO Chief Negotiator, I lead global trade, governance, and institutional reform initiatives across fragile and conflict-affected states. With over 20 years of experience mobilizing multilateral partnerships, implementing high-impact policy reforms, and overseeing $600M+ in commodity and aid flows, I deliver systems-level change.I’ve led WTO accessions, chaired national trade platforms, created Liberia’s Small Business Empowerment Act, and advised fragile states across Africa and Asia. I hosted the WTO’s Trade for Peace podcast and founded the TradeInPeace blog to explore trade as a path to peace.My work spans the WTO, World Bank, IMF, AfDB, AU, UN, and bilateral donors. I\'m driven by a belief that inclusive and regenerative trade systems are essential to equitable recovery.
