init[ has been successfully positioning itself as a leader in digitizing various processes for customers in the (mainly) public yet also private sector in Germany. What was founded as a family business 30 years ago, then supported by two PE sponsors to join for a majority stake, is now set up to take the business to the next level. Finance, IT and Strategy matters have been fascinating me ever since and I had the privilege of driving change in various industries, based out of different geographies and a variety of functions. I have also learned to appreciate both, the characteristics of Large Corporates as well as Mittelstand family-run/owned SMEs. Thrilled to be part of the ]init[ team as Shareholder and their CFO since Spring 2023!
