About Axel Oswald
Strong believer in using cloud technology to drive Business transformation. Successful IT organizations not just implementing new technologies. Driving the Business adoption to a point where the technology is injected in the DNA of the Business and the people working there, that is what is really driving me. Digital disruption means we move away from the times where IT developed complex, static solutions we expect the business to work with for decades and find ourselves at a dead end, not able to update anymore. Instead use technologies like low code or no code development to enable the business to build own solutions. Making change rather constant, instead of coming with a big change program all few years. It’s my understanding of IT that we provide the platform and governance to do this in an efficient and secure way, helping the Business to build an environment where everyone can contribute with own ideas, where its possible to build groups and communities and embrace collaboration at all levels of an organization.
