I am a founder, business leader and industry expert for online marketplaces with 20 years of experience. Together with Amber Riedl in 2013 we founded makerist, Europe’s leading DIY marketplace for digital patterns, crafting supplies and creative content. makerist is a 100% daughter of The Creative Club (TCC) since March 2020. Coming from a product management background, I am attracted to constant optimisation to increase customer value. I love taking risks and working quickly towards clear goals. I really ralish working with software development teams.Over the years, I have transformed my product management skills into leadership principles.I strongly believe in developing clear and sharp business concepts, in being extremely focused on transparent goals and in creating an environment of collaboration, expertise, trust and appreciation.I enjoy sharing my experiences with students and founders by supporting various organisations and acting as a mentor and angel investor.And I am a passionate cyclist and hiker, love reading and cooking, and savour the sea and nature from a sailboat.
