I am an Audit Manager at Dauby O\'Connor Zaleski, LLC (DOZ)- a CPA firm that deals primarily in the Affordable Housing industry. At DOZ, I am developing an expertise in audits of entities subsidized by government programs including Section 8, Continuum of Care, HUD insured mortgages, LIHTC\'s, and other subsidies. I also am learning best practices in the syndication, development, and management of partnerships owning apartment complexes. Beyond the audits, I also help our audit department develop workpapers, leverage Smartsheet, and continually pursue opportunities to increase efficiency for the firm. Personally, I am interested in watching many sports, playing golf, and enjoying time outside spent with friends when I am not coaching baseball for Noblesville High School.
