ABOUT AXEL BOURDET

Freelance trainer in web programming and digital technologies, I am currently seeking opportunities in the tech educational/training field, in addition to my current position at Ada Tech School (Nantes, France). Ideally in France but I am also open to other countries or remote training. On the tech side, I can adapt to different types of content, especially on these languages and tools : HTML/JS/CSS, Python, Java, Spring, Android, Flutter, React, Next.js, Angular, SQL, GIT On the educational side, I have spent the last 3 years teaching adults changing careers, in classes mainly made of women. From learning the basics of programming and algorithms, to guiding them through advanced projects, by way of individual tutoring. All of this in a kind safe space, inspired by active learning methods allowing the learners autonomy to bloom, in order to become their own teaching masters- After a Master degree in AI from UPMC Paris (2011) and 4 years of software programming in Java J2EE/Android, I evolved towards the education field, teaching coding. From 2015 to 2022 first, with young people aged 7 to 17, between Australia, UK and France, taking on roles of Tutor, Team Manager or Curriculum Creator. Four years with Object\'ive (Paris) as a software engineer allowed me to see different work situations, on Java/Android projects within the company or working directly with clients like Bouygues Telecom (top mobile company), EDF (main electricity company) or BNPP (bank). Thanks to this time, I was able to get a strong technical background and a great work experience. I then discovered a true passion for the education/training field, especially through human relations. I had this unique chance to work with 3 different companies in 3 different countries, gaining multiple skills while experimenting various ways of teaching. I\'m also an artist, musician and video maker, with my Dreampunk project.
