With over 22 years of experience in the technology field, I am a cloud leader and change advocate who drives operational excellence and strategic partnerships across EMEA. As the Head of EMEA Enterprise Support (Strategic Accounts) at Amazon Web Services (AWS), I manage a globally distributed team of managers and engineers/technical account managers who assist strategic customers in technical solutions and IT operations to meet their cloud journey goals.I am also a passionate champion of inclusion, diversity, and equity (ID & E) initiatives within AWS and beyond.
