This foundational experience was further enriched by my role as an AWS Cloud Support Engineer, where I gained hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, deployment, and support. In my mid-senior level position as a telecommunications technician, I developed a deep understanding of network systems and their complexities. This role required meticulous attention to detail and the ability to resolve technical issues swiftly, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. As a Gunner’s Mate 2nd Class in the United States Navy, I supervised a team responsible for the maintenance and operation of advanced weapons systems. This position demanded a high level of technical proficiency, leadership, and the ability to perform under pressure. My experience here has instilled in me a strong work ethic, discipline, and the ability to manage and train teams effectively. My tenure as a mid-level Aerostat Network Operator further expanded my technical expertise, particularly in network operations and monitoring.
