In addition to being a senior psm responsible for a number of different projects, I also have had the pleasure of leading a team for the first time in my career. Again, while challenging, this has been a great experience for me and learning how to manage is probably more difficult than learning the particulars about production. Additionally, in this role I have taken on the responsibility of customer service far more than in any of my previous positions. Currently I sit on site with the client and have interactions daily on the status of current and future projects. I have also become the liaison between our creative department, our client, the production team, and our vendors. This has been a really rewarding experience for me as I enjoy interacting with people and do not want to just be hidden behind my monitor. I can truly say that I have been able to grow more as a leader with this company and in this position than in any other position I held previously. I am looking forward to what the future holds for my both my new career and more importantly my new life here in beautiful California.
