I am a proven user experience designer/manager leading and designing successful interactive experiences for consumer and business users since 1994. I\'ve had over nine years of experience building, leading, and developing teams excelling in user-centered design innovation, improving usability, extending brand identity, and improving business outcomes.Currently, I am a Senior Principal User Experience Designer at Palo Alto Networks (NYSE: PANW) in Santa Clara, California.Previously, I was a Lead User Experience Engineer at Nok Nok Labs. Before that, I was the User Experience Manager for the Intuit Partner Platform team at Intuit, Inc.(NASDAQ: INTU), the financial software company that produces Quicken, QuickBooks, and TurboTax. I recruited and led a talented team of UX designers and front-end developers. We designed Intuit App Center, an app store for Web and mobile small business apps that integrate with QuickBooks accounting software. I also designed Web apps to integrate Salesforce and eBay with QuickBooks data.Prior to Intuit, I was a User Experience Manager and lead designer at SuccessFactors, Inc.(NASDAQ: SFSF), the SaaS (Software as a Service) leader in HCM (Human Capital Management), serving 2,850+ customers with 5.4+ million users in 185 countries and 31 languages.Previously, I designed the UI for the successful HomePortal DSL gateway for 2Wire (now Pace). At Asimba, Inc, I was Cofounder and Chief Design Officer. As Creative Director at Poppe Tyson Interactive, I designed the first Web sites for the White House, Netscape, Intel, Chrysler, and Cadillac.Specialties: User experience design and management: interaction design, visual design, creative direction, information architecture, prototyping, development, user research.
