Facilitate continuous improvement tools and methods within External Supply (ES) organization. Working hands on with Raw Material, Devices and Contract Manufacturing teams, provide training and guidance on the execution of Operational Excellence (OE). Key Contribution Participated and lead process improvement events and projects utilizing OE methods to define processes, set standards, and deliver results in support of key ES initiatives. Spearheaded waste removal initiative, aimed at streamlining processes, removing obstacles, and improving staff experience across ES. Benefits have been shared across the network. Coordinated ES electronic visual management efforts, leveraging digital solutions and automation and providing visibility of key processes to staff and leadership, enabling decision makers across ES Representing ES on the Global OE Network, acting as the bridge for continuous improvement to the broader network. In this position, best practices, tools, and approaches across all Amgen sites can be shared, which has enhanced ES’s OE culture.
