I possess a strong command of the federal contracts lifecycle, including legal, compliance, and regulatory requirements, ensuring operational integrity and mission success.As Program Manager, I directed $53.5M in federal contracts focused on force protection, data management, and IT infrastructure modernization. In manufacturing operations, I held approval authority for $15.5M in invoices and oversight of 36+ federal defense contracts with the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). My leadership extended to serving as Senior Project Manager, where I spearheaded the implementation of a DoD-approved project lifecycle ERP accounting system, integrated GovWin IQ capture management, and advanced business development initiatives. I also designed and authored custom COGNOS BI reporting modules, enhancing enterprise-level decision-making capabilities.Further, I led the development of charters and affiliation agreements with a 501(c)(3) research entity and university-sponsored programs, with a specialized focus on compliance, intellectual property, human trials, and ethical testing.
