Throughout my career, I’ve managed complex maintenance programs, ensured mission-ready fleets, and developed solutions that drive operational efficiency and mission success. My background includes hands-on leadership of diverse teams, strategic planning, and cross-functional coordination across maintenance, supply chain, and operational units. I take pride in building strong teams, fostering accountability, and delivering results in high-pressure environments. I’m also a recent graduate of the U.S. Air Force AMMOS (Weapons School), where I trained alongside the Air Force’s top tacticians to integrate advanced maintenance strategies in support of joint and coalition airpower. In addition to my operational experience, I bring a strong academic foundation—holding an MBA from the University of Florida and a bachelor\'s degree in Economics with a minor in Business from the University of Texas.
