Scoped, defined and led a global cloud business transformation program on behalf of SAP\'s board. Built a partnership with critical vendors, e.g. Deloitte, to manage a consulting, program, and PMO team to define the governance required for success. Built and standardized on a program management approach, PMO tools (e.g. JIRA, Service Now, Sharepoint), business transformation methodology and drove focused and timely project execution. Aligned the team, drove global collaboration with business stakeholders, and provided board-level reporting and executive communications. Project involved consolidation/reduction of cloud software platforms to eliminate technical debt, migration of hundreds of thousands of customer workloads between platforms, increasing cloud asset utilization, reducing number of datacenters and laying the foundation for a new global corporate network. Managed relationships with strategic partners, e.g. Deloitte, VMware, Dell, and established an engineering-engineering technical partnership with VMware. Delivered on goals of project within 2 year project timeline. Significantly increased cloud margin for SAP.
