Design & maintenance of starters like DOL, Star Delta, Reverse & Forward etc. • Presently working on all related communication system with suitable protocol ie Ethernet, Profibus communication at management,cell & field level. • Upgrade & modify the Simatic Manager V5.5 (SCL, LADDER,FBD). • Presently working on Simatic Wincc 7.0 & IBA analyser V5.18.0. • Installation & commissioning of various instrument used in field. • Maintenance of Transformer 11 MVA(950V), 1.5 MVA(690V), 5 MVA(440V), 3 MVA(440V). • Maintenance, manage & calibration of thickness Gauge X-ray supplied by Jasch. • Maintenance of slitting mill\'s drives and motors. • Maintenance of EOT cranes used in mill area. Instrument- Installation, Commissioning and calibration of various field Instruments LVDTs, control Valves, moog valve, DP transmitter,(PID, Sequence) controller,(Limit, Pressure, Float) switches,(HMD, Loop Scanner, Proximity, Temperature, Pyrometer) sensor,(frequency, Temp) converter, AGC System and various Smart field Instruments and best troubleshooting. Panel- Good knowledge of APFC Panel and other AC and DC Drive Panels. Electrical- Maintenance of D.C & AC Motor Make-Integrated, Hindustan, Kirloskar, Bharat bijlee, Crompton greaves, Spectrum & ABB.
