Reducing staff turnover from 71% to 40% by improving employee engagement and coaching managers on best practices. Maintaining a perfect record of 0 ventilator-associated pneumonia incidents for well over a year. Supporting the Lima Region to overcome a severe shortage of test kits as an Incident Commander for COVID-19 operations.
