Accountable for group income performance from enquiry management through to the Sales Management System, software development, digitisation and KPI reporting. Assessing market intelligence, to ensure that communications relate to any of our core products target an appropriate market and ensure the results can be monitored effectively. I lead the development of a new sales training programmes, monitor its implementation and understanding in the business and its success. I am responsible for the business’s NPS score data and report on customer advocacy. Founded the UK’s first and only dedicated Green Technology Boat Show.
