With a strong foundation in software testing and quality assurance, I have successfully evolved into a results-oriented Agile Software Project Manager who brings a deep understanding of both the technical and human elements of software delivery. My journey from test engineering to project management has been fueled by a passion for quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Starting as a Software Test Engineer, I developed a meticulous eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to delivering bug-free, high-performance applications. My hands-on experience with tools like QC ALM, JIRA, and Postman gave me technical fluency and a user-focused mindset.As I advanced in my career, I became more involved in sprint planning, retrospectives, and cross-functional coordination. These experiences inspired me to formally transition into project management—specifically within Agile frameworks. Today, as Software Project Manager, I lead teams with empathy, clarity, and a strong delivery mindset. I guide teams through the end to end software development lifecycle, ensuring alignment between business goals, technical implementation, and end-user needs.Certified in Agile methodologies, I specialize in building high-performing teams that embrace transparency, ownership, and adaptability. I facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions to create a rhythm of continuous value delivery.
