Presently working as Mechanical Engineer in 252MW SECI-II wind power project in O&M department, Kutch Gujarat. Maintain record of error and breakdown of machine. Fault analysis, reduce the breakdown time and troubleshoot the turbine in minimum time. Monitoring and controlling WTG through SCADA at Central Monitoring Station (CMS). Performing WTG alignment activity and blade stud replacement activity through hydraulic tool. Troubleshoot, repair, maintain mechanical, electrical and hydraulic system in S11X (2.1MW) turbines. Repair and replace faulty components, Backlash checking, Blade calibration and performing Technical Change Improvement (TCI) work. Operating and maintain wind power plant for maximum productivity.
