All current students and fresh graduates (graduated within the past 12 months), whether bachelors, masters, or PhD *must* apply through University Recruiting: My job responsibilities include- Conduct complex boolean searches to locate and source candidates from online databases (ex: LinkedIn Recruiter), employee referrals and passive candidates through networking, research and inbound flow - Conduct complex boolean searches to locate, source, and stay in contact with candidates using Applicant Tracking System - Work closely with Hiring Managers and their teams to understand open positions and team needs - Schedule and conduct phone screens and interviews with potential candidates - Partner with Recruiting Coordinators, Client Leads, Hiring Managers, and Team Members to ensure a positive candidate experience- Build an understanding of technical and business terms - Spent first 6 months as a contract employee via Robert Half before converting to a full-time Amazon employee
