Working in a greenfield project at Ipca Laboratories Ltd, for manufacturing facility set-up, installation, commissioning, and qualification activities (2KL Single Use facility). Working on setting up a new MSAT lab and pilot scale plant (50L, 200L & 500L). I’m leading the MSAT activities and DSP manufacturing (2KL) for clinical manufacturing and manufacturing-related studies. Leading and supporting the development team for overall process technology transferactivities. Responsible for at scale validation studies, investigations, root cause analysis, impact assessments and proposals/recommendations of CAPA for technical deviations. Monitoring and providing shop-floor technical support for production batches.
