Role & Responsibilities For On Role Employees• Employee On-boarding & scheduling Induction programme. • Maintaining Employees Master Data & Personal files• Provide payroll inputs to Corporate for process payroll & issue payslips.• Process Employees Bonus / Exgratia• Employees Leave Management • Handling the Employee Exit process and clearing employees F & Fs• Statutory Compliance – PF / ESI / PT • Employee Transfers and handling Employee Disciplinary matters• Maintain Harmonious Employee Relations and engagement activities• Employees Grievance handling • Entertaining the Guests with required facilities and co-ordination For Contract Workers• Maintaining Contract workers Master Data• Updating workers data and their wage details as per Minimum wages in Facto HR software.• Payroll processing of 400+ workers which includes both Company workers & Contract workers using Facto HR Payroll software.• Leave Management of Contract workers.• Preparing Wage and Muster roll sheets of Contract workers for salary distribution.• Preparing appointment letters of both contract and company workers • Preparing Monthly invoice for contractors.• Preparing MIS Reports as per management requirements.• Preparing Cost Reports on daily basis.
